What does a “dry-in” include?

A dry-in includes:

All logs for the exterior walls, including gables.
All logs that make up the roof system – purlins, carriers etc.
Logs for second story floor or loft floor – joists and summer beam.
Log structure assembled on a standard sub floor and provided foundation.
Standard finished roof system.
Exterior doors and windows installed and trimmed  *Doors do not include hardware.
Dormers and Covered porches are calculated by the sq. ft.

The chinking and staining of Log Homes are not included in a dry-in package. They are part of the finishing process and pricing will be calculated according to the size of the home.
